  • Location and vehicle usage information: We automatically collect and store location information from your device and from the vehicles you use. We collect and store location information (such as city, state or zip code if available) associated with the IP address of the device you use to access the Services, as well as, with your permission, your mobile device location information. Please note that you can change your location settings on your mobile device, but if you choose to do so, there are certain features that may not be available on the App. We also collect accurate GPS location information regarding the location of the vehicle you are using, routes taken by the vehicle, rental vehicle status, vehicle battery health, GPS chip identifiers and status. We also automatically collect data regarding the date, time and length of vehicle use.

  • Analytics: We collect and analyze information derived from your use of our Services, including, but not limited to, overall usage patterns, user preferences, peak service request times and most frequently used methods.

Third Party Platforms and Social Media: When you interact with us or post our content on third party social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Tumblr, LinkedIn, YouTube or Pinterest), we may collect certain information about that interaction. The collection of information we may collect from third parties is based on your settings and on the policies of the specific social media platforms. We may also allow you to post certain information from these platforms to your profile on   In addition, we may allow you to log into the Services using your personal social media accounts of third parties. Referrals: We may conduct a referral service from time to time, in accordance with applicable laws, so that you can introduce people you know to our services. If you choose to use our referral service to tell someone about our services, we will provide you with a form letter and a referral code to send to that person. We will collect that person's information only if they register to use the Services using a referral code.

  • Our Subsidiaries and Affiliates: We may share your information with any of our subsidiaries and affiliates, and that entity's use of your information will be governed by this Privacy Policy.

You can withdraw your consent to do so at any time or request that we stop sharing your information (as defined under applicable law) with business partners and third parties by following the opt-out process detailed in the “Your Choices” section below.

  • Third Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third party service providers who perform functions on our behalf. We may use third party service providers, from time to time, to provide the following non-exhaustive list of services: hosting, billing and payment processing, push notifications, storage, bandwidth, content management and analytics tools, customer service and fraud protection.

  • General Business Operations: When necessary to conduct our general business, we may share your information with professionals and their agents whom we may hold to perform the following non-exhaustive list of functions: accounting, record keeping, legal services, tax services and other entities or agents of professional services.

Use of Cookies and Other Online Tracking Technologies:

As with most websites, applications, and online services, our websites, applications, and online services use “cookies,” web beacons (a/k/a pixel tags), analytics devices, and similar technologies (some powered by third parties) to record your preferences, collect information about the use of our Services, personalize content and ads, and track information about the performance of our ads. We may also use these technologies to monitor Internet traffic, and to make the Services easier and/or more convenient for you to use. In order to display more relevant ads on our Services, manage our advertising on third-party websites, mobile apps and online services, and measure and improve our advertising and marketing efforts, we may work with  Google  Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and other third party advertising companies, ad exchanges, channel partners, measurement services and ad networks. To Do Not Track: Your browser or device may have Do Not Track settings or functionality. Currently, browser "Do Not Track" requests are not recognized by our systems.  Bskl's information collection and disclosure practices - and the choices we offer customers - will continue to operate as described in this Privacy Policy, whether or not a Do Not Track signal is received.
